Styles took to Twitter to apologize. He said he was “so disappointed” by the circumstances.

The statement continued, “To all attendees at the Pepsi Planet Zero Sugar Party, we have notified Ticketmaster and all refunds will be automatically issued to the method of payment used to make your purchase. We will also cover ride share costs from the show. Those details are on the way.”

Concertgoers shared videos and pictures of their evacuation from the venue, with one showing a message from the stage that said, “Attention. Extreme weather is approaching. Please calmly make your way to the exits now.”
